I am a fun loving and energetic leader that gets things done! I have 15+ years of wireless industry experience ranging in a variety of roles from retail, leadership, and the Indirect channel as an account manager. I am currently a Customer Success Manager for BlueJeans by Verizon! I am responsible for taking current SMB and Commercial BlueJeans customers to the next level by utilizing our services and keeping their employees connected. I range a variety of accounts and act as what I like to call the Meastro for these accounts as I am a one-stop shop for everything the customer needs from a video conferencing perspective. In previous roles, I have been nominated for and won multiple awards over the last year at both a local and area-wide level. Not only am I known to be an operations guru, but I am also a self-motivated professional that has a passion for customer experience and I have created materials that are now used on a national scale for customer experience. I enjoy creating and building relationships with new people and am not afraid to put myself out there! I have a strong strategic thinking background and have exceptional influential leadership skills. I enjoy solving complex problems and helping people see things from an outside point of view. I am technologically savvy and love to learn about new tools and resources.
