About Benjamin Kegele

As Branch Manager for Liebherr’s West Coast operations, I lead the daily activities of our Lodi, California location, which I helped build from the ground up. This included setting up the warehouse layout, vendor coordination, safety protocols, and office operations. I also support our spare parts sales by identifying parts, preparing quotes, sharing pricing, and resolving invoice issues. These efforts have helped improve customer satisfaction and reduce response times, especially in urgent service situations. I manage the loading and offloading of equipment on site and ensure everything is prepared when needed. I also play a key role in special projects such as machine recovery, equipment repairs, and the onboarding and training of new team members. In my day-to-day work, I am often the go-to person for last-minute tool and parts requests, and I take pride in helping technicians and customers avoid downtime. Before coming to the United States, I led a service team in Saudi Arabia where I reduced customer complaints significantly by improving response processes and field support. I’ve always focused on solving practical challenges with clear solutions and strong communication. I’m currently completing an Executive MBA with the University of East London in partnership with Ducere Global Business School. I also hold a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and am working toward Green Belt certification. My next step will be a certification in AI for management and business strategy. I speak German as my native language and am fluent in English. I’ve lived and worked in Austria, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the United States, and spent extended periods in Spain, Dubai, Qatar, and Ethiopia. These experiences help me navigate cultural differences and adapt quickly in international environments.
