About Benjamin Kemper

Benjamin is a partner with Spring Associates. He provides a full range of hands-on operational and sustainable support across and beyond the transaction life cycle, supporting buyers to realize synergies and sellers to accomplish carve-outs. Prior, Benjamin was with EY’s Operational Transaction Services, OC & C Strategy Consultants and IBIS UvA. As a consultant he contributed to projects with a strategic or operational focus for clients in consumer products, retail, media, financial services, life sciences and healthcare. As a researcher, Benjamin obtained a MSc in Econometrics and a PhD in Industrial Statistics & Operations Management from the University of Amsterdam. Through his commercial activities on the one hand, and his academic work on the other, Benjamin is able to form a bridge between the practical challenges in the field of strategy and operations, and the mathematical advances in the disciplines of operations research and management science. This resulted in a number of academic publications, but has also been of great value for the development of consultancy products.
