I am an Enablement professional and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 10 years of experience planning, leading, and executing financial statement audits, financial analysis, month end close, financial reporting packages, strategic projects focused on automating and streamlining accounting process workflows, and IPO preparation. Currently, I am a Product Operations Principal at an international fintech startup and partner with a global cross-functional team to optimize ways of working. I frequently leverage my background in psychology to be an empathetic partner who prioritizes creating a collaborative work environment. This is coupled with a healthy bias for action - I am unafraid to challenge the status quo to reach creative, efficient, and resourceful solutions to complex problems. I actively seek and share knowledge to inspire and motivate ownership from those within my sphere of influence. To further strengthen my leadership skills and business expertise, I have obtained my MBA from the UW Foster School of Business. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, volunteering in my community, and exploring new interests; the art of bonsai, a new language, or skill, I am always learning.
