I have a diverse background that includes customer service, management, sales, and technology development. By placing a high value on professional service and commitment to excellence I feel I am a benefit to today's corporate environment. As a database developer for a Harris Sales and Marketing team I designed and deployed several database applications that were used for tacking software licenses and organized conference registration and attendance. After transferring to a system administrator position for Harris ' software development group, I provided system and user support for NT and UNIX while maintaining mission-critical development servers. At eSecurity, I was able to setup several networks for training and help desk support while working with developers and engineers to troubleshoot and document problems with customers' corporate security software. Starting and running my own small business for 10 years has provided me the opportunity to learn all aspects of business and customer support from sales, customer development, vendor negotiation and accounting while managing customer expectations and urgent service calls. My experience includes projects that demonstrate my ability to design, organize, document and complete assignments on a demanding schedule.
