About Benjamin Koch

Three words about myself: CURIOUS - ANALYTIC - CONFIDENT Interested? Here are a few details: CURIOUS: It’s probably in my DNA, not being satisfied with mere facts. There’s always something behind it. Nowadays, due to all the possibilities offered by technological progress, there is always something to be analyzed and to be discovered. In my life I taught myself how to code, I went to the other side of the world (New Zealand/Australia) and I always try to improve my knowledge and skills. Add some banking, consulting and BI / software engineering experience and voilà: that’s me! ANALYTIC: Accompanying my curiosity to learn, my way of thinking is very analytical and down-to-earth. I put effort in finding the best solution, but still manage to focus on convenience and efficiency. In the past few years, I've been working with a wide range of technologies: BI, RPA, Software development and more. However, it always comes down to processes, which is why I've been involved in many tasks of process engineering as well. Of course, there is more to discover about my analytic side, just send me a message if you're interested. CONFIDENT: My parents took away my early fear of standing in front of a crowd. I learned several instruments and how to perform in front of people. From secondary school onwards, I gave lessons to other pupils and students in all sorts of subjects: Maths, English, Economics and I've also taught some people how to code. Now, in my daily work, I am confident in presenting ideas, drafts, results to colleagues, superiors and board members. Besides my self-reliant way of working, I enjoy to work in a team as well.
