I am an IT professional who was trained and educated at San Antonio College, one of the best 2 year colleges in the nation. I obtained my degree there and passed the classes for Cisco Network Administration as well as Linux Administration. After graduation, I took jobs doing printer sales for Canon via BDS marketing in Best Buy, worked at Charter Communications where I used some of my networking skills and now work at Conduent Business Services providing help desk type technical support for a very popular retailer of Smart Phones, Tablets, Smart MP3 players, Smart Watches, Headphones, Smart Speakers, and Desktop/Portable computers. I signed a non disclosure agreement so I am prohibited from naming the manufacturer. I have high integrity and keep all my promises. I am currently searching for a new opportunity as an IT Help Desk Associate, Linux Administrator, or Network Administrator. I am highly skilled for all of these positions and have college training and work experience that guarantees my success in these roles. In my personal life, I am constantly reading, learning via Udemy and books, working on my health and fitness, and learning new skills. I suffered an accident in 2014 that set me back a great deal, but I am now fully healthy and ready to surmount any challenges that an employer can place in front of me. I thrive in high pressure, fast paced, rapidly changing environments where I am required to increasingly face new challenges and learn new things.
