SaaS und Gesundheitswesen).Als Head of Group Accounting verantworte ich den Aufbau und die Führung eines Finance-Teams, die Standardisierung der Rechnungslegung über mehrere Tochtergesellschaften hinweg sowie transparente, entscheidungsrelevante Finanzreports für Management und Private-Equity-Investoren.Schwerpunkte: HGB-Abschlüsse und Konzernkonsolidierung, FP & A, Budgetierung, KPI-gestütztes Management-Reporting, Steuerung externer Partner (Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater) sowie Automatisierung und Skalierung von Buchungs- und Reportingprozessen.Ich treibe Themen wie Prozesslandschaft, Governance und CSRD-Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung voran und übersetze komplexe Finanzdaten in klare Handlungsempfehlungen für Stakeholder.Ziel: Weiterer Ausbau meiner Verantwortung auf C‑Level (CFO-Rolle) in dynamischen, professionell aufgestellten Organisationen – perspektivisch auch in größeren, international ausgerichteten leader with a strong focus on group accounting, consolidated financial reporting and controlling in fast‑growing, private‑equity backed groups (including SaaS and healthcare).As Head of Group Accounting, I am responsible for building and leading the finance team, standardising accounting practices across multiple subsidiaries, and delivering transparent, decision‑relevant financial reports to management and private equity investors.Core areas of expertise: HGB financial statements and group consolidation, FP & A, budgeting, KPI‑driven management reporting, management of external partners (auditors, tax advisors), as well as the automation and scaling of booking and reporting processes.I drive initiatives around process landscape, governance and CSRD sustainability reporting and translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders.Ambition: to further expand my responsibilities at C‑level (CFO role) in dynamic, professionally managed organisations – with a medium‑term perspective towards larger, internationally active corporate groups.
