About Benjamin Lamberg

I joined Crédit Agricole in 2008 first in London in bond syndication, and moved on to Hong Kong in mid 2012 to manage our Credit Market in APAC, then to Taipei in 2020 as local CEO and now Tokyo since 2024 where I am responsable for our Group activity in Japan. “Acting every day in the interest of our clients and society” is not just a motto, but our compass. With our teams fully engaged, we concretely help our clients day-in day-out to develop their activities by advising and financing their projects, providing saving, investment or insurance solutions for the benefits of their staffs, institutions and communities. Here to develop the real economy and speed up the energy transition, we pro-actively deploy our expertise in capital markets, investment banking, project financing & international trade, global investment and insurance solutions. And as a pioneer in climate finance - we are bit by bit bringing green and transition finance in the mainstream. With Japan getting out - at long last, of its “lost decades” with positive macro and geopolitical backdrop - we will channel our energies to connect the dots across borders, industries and innovations. When I am not wearing my corporate hat - you ll find me involved in one or ten community projects, ordering more books that I can humanly read, or walk around the block with a cheeky schnauzer.
