I run HR for a living. I write about it every day for 28K practitioners who do too. And I advise the HR tech companies building the tools we all use. By day, I'm the VP of HR at Wilson, where I lead the full global HR function across 17+ countries. Real team, real hiring plan, real escalations, real outcomes.
