I am a Talent Acquisition Partner at CIBC US, where I source and recruit qualified candidates in the Commercial Banking and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) space. I have a BA in Human Capital and Society from Michigan State University, where I learned about the social and economic aspects of human resources, labor relations, and organizational behavior. I have strong skills in recruiting, strategic sourcing, and using resources to find qualified candidates. Before joining CIBC US, I worked as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist for Allegis Global Solutions at HSBC, where I sourced candidates for different functions such as Commercial Banking, Global Banking and Markets, Finance, Human Resources, and Wealth Management. I also communicated market intel, pipelined candidates, and led the recruiting team in weekly Power Hour sessions. I contributed to the improvement of the work process by implementing ideas such as combining forms and creating the closing req summary report. I am passionate about finding the best talent for the organization and supporting them throughout the hiring process.
