As long as I can remember, I have enjoyed overcoming challenges. Whether those challenges were abstract algebra, this week's football opponent, or figuring out how to beat a cheating grandmother in euchre, I loved it. Early in my professional career I figured out I was better than most at understanding data structures, and writing code. Since then, I have made a career out of listening to others, defining problems, and coming up with innovative ways to solve them. As I have matured, I have found my cup now gets filled by helping people grow and succeed. It doesn't matter if it's the 2nd grade soccer team, or a team of aspiring actuaries, coaching has become my passion. I thoroughly enjoy building a team, leaning on them for expertise, and helping the team work through their challenges.
