I have a lot of experience in the development and planning of processes. I'm a family and friends’ person, I like to bring people together several from different backgrounds. I like to inspire and motivate people with my enthusiasm. Even as a child I wanted to find out how things work. Exactly this passion accompanied me during my studies. In my free time I like to spend time with my family, which includes sailing with my children, or going rowing. We plan trips to the amusement park as a family and enjoy the roller coasters I like engaging with people with different talents and abilities. When it comes to complex tasks and structures, I stay the course and can lead the tasks to success with the right priorities. I work in a goal-oriented, clear, and structured. I am a real team player and connect people and tasks so that they are motivated and successful.
