About Benjamin Mangalam

I bring over two decades of diverse experience, starting from my time in the U.S. Army, where i developed leadership, discipline, and strategic planning skills. After serving for 12 years, including three tours in the middle east, I transitioned to the financial services industry. Currently, I serve as a Senior Member Services Representative at SECU, where I oversee key responsibilities in member relations, ensuring that members financial needs are met with professionalism and care. Additionally, I manage roles as a vault custodian and return items collection custodian, which requires a high level of precision and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with SECU protocols. I am also pursuing an MBA in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, further enhancing my abilities in financial analysis, performance evaluations, and strategic growth. My long-term goal is to leverage my extensive experience in both military and civilian roles to achieve leadership positions within the banking industry, where I can continue to make a positive impact on organizational success and member satisfaction.
