As a Project Associate at Cedars-Sinai, I work with a team of healthcare professionals and researchers to design and implement innovative solutions that improve patient care and outcomes. I use my skills in data analysis, social networking, and guest relations to facilitate collaboration, communication, and engagement among stakeholders and partners across the organization and the community. With over four years of experience in public service and healthcare, I have a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others. I have a Master of Public Administration degree from California State University, Northridge, with a focus on leadership and management, government, and policy. My skills in public relations, strategic planning, customer service and innovation give me a unique ability to analyze organizations from bottom to top and build meaningful relationships, while developing and implementing progressive changes and solutions to existing areas of improvement.
