I am a U.S. Army Veteran with over 24 years of dedicated experience in targeted resource management. As a leader, I have managed some of the best and brightest men and women to ever dawn the uniform. I've led multiple professional teams, planned organizational direction, resourced and scheduled effects to shape future organizational goals. That is a lifetime full of teamwork and analysis that I would never trade. As a younger version of myself, I wanted to be in the military. Knowing I would be wearing camouflage for the better part of my life, I would have dressed differently during Halloween. Now that I am a little more seasoned, I can count on more than one hand the number of gray hairs I’ve accumulated throughout my life. Each one has presented me with a challenge to overcome. I value integrity above all and enjoy great teamwork. My passion for my career has landed me in multiple locations globally. This has taught me to adapt to other cultural norms and broadening my personal skills. These locations have given me the opportunity to hone critical thinking for the creation of organizational strategies given to executive management. I possess a comprehensive background in project development and interagency coordination. I enjoy analytical approaches to problem solving and providing the assessment metrics to focus organizations.
