With years of expertise in building alternatives to arrest and incarceration and serving people experiencing concerns related to mental health, problematic substance use, housing insecurity, and extreme poverty, I facilitate successful systems change and build capacity and sustainable impact. Person-centered servant leadership based in values of perspective, equity, integrity, and respect motivate my work. My experiences have provided me with skills in: • Leading organizational change and building communications and awareness plans; • Implementing training and technical assistance focused on community safety and wellness; • Working independently and creatively under high pressure while maintaining attention to detail; • Managing teams and programs, including operations, budgeting, and people development; • Advocating and formulating community- and research-led legislation, policy, and analysis; • Facilitating collaborative strategic planning and impact measurement initiatives; and • Building sustainable relationships and compromise across ideologies.
