Throughout my career, I have consistently proven myself as the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all systems entrusted to my care. My expertise as a systems administrator is underscored by my proficiency in working with a broad spectrum of hardware and software, from established technologies to cutting-edge innovations. Recently, I made an exciting and strategic career transition into a program management role. Leveraging my extensive IT support experience and in-depth understanding of operations, I now lead cross-functional teams to execute complex projects that drive innovation and efficiency in defense programs.
