I am a psychotherapist and mentor/coach licensed in NY, NJ, CT, and PA with a Telehealth license in Florida specializing with adults learning differences and disabilities, autism spectrum, and with ADHD as they navigate the employment and social realities of the adult world. I will focus on your inherent strengths to help you become successful in the workplace, build meaningful and intimate relationships, and find balance between your professional and personal life. As a neurodiverse couple, I will help you to build your own understanding of your neurological differences and the communication exercises that work for you.
