About Benjamin Mills

I am the manager of the Support team at Unified Office, a small but powerful VoIP company in Nashua, NH. I not only act as an escallation point for my coworkers, though it is central to my role - I activate new QSR sites for the company, I develop and maintain a suite of software we use to access and troubleshoot on-premise devices, and I work daily to automate complex tasks so that we can work smarter, not harder. I've worked in Telecom for about 10 years now and have a strong understanding of what makes it all tick, and I use that prowess daily to tackle problems with a collected, patient, and methodical approach. I enjoy exploring what new technology can do for us as we enter new realms in science and computing. I leverage modern technologies as often as I can to bring a modern advantage to the battlefield. I am skilled in all operating systems, and many programming languages - and I use these skills to turn the slow and tedious into well-constructed workflows that save hours and hours of precious time and bring our company closer to its goal.
