Background
About Benjamin Mourad
My main interests lie within anything to do with programming languages and their implementation, including- Compilers and optimizers- Language design- Language runtimes- Static analysisI am also interested in binary analysis as it relates to the above topics, as I believe that binary programs present a unique challenge especially in the realm of legacy software and the assurance evidence we can collect thereof.I am a true believer in the use of programming languages with rich type systems and principled designs based on solid theoretical foundations, especially those of the ML tradition such as OCaml and Haskell, and to some extent Rust.
