About Benjamin Moutier

With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am currently the Vice-President and Global Franchise Head of Haematology at AstraZeneca, where I lead the strategy, launch, and commercialization across the globe of innovative and life-changing medicines for patients with blood disorders. Prior to this role, I was the Vice-President and Head of Global Commercial for Immuno-Oncology, where I drove the growth and expansion of our immunotherapy portfolio across multiple tumor types and regions. I also have a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in France, where I was the Country Head of Oncology. I have a background in science, applied mathematics, economics, and strategy, having obtained a Master of Science from Ecole Centrale de Paris and a Master from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, and having worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. I am passionate about delivering life-changing medicines to patients, driving scientific innovation, and building diverse and high-performing teams in multiple geographies and cultures.
