I’m currently serving as AI Transformation Lead at Impact Hub Berlin, where I drive our internal AI strategy – shaping the roadmap, increasing productivity through agentic workflows, piloting impactful use cases, implementing ethical and secure tools, and enabling our team through hands-on learning formats and organizational change. As a purpose-driven Programme Manager and consultant, I bring over a decade of experience in designing and delivering high-impact initiatives for corporations, startups, NGOs, universities, and the tech industry. I’ve led programmes ranging from startup accelerators and ecosystem building to corporate innovation initiatives focused on sustainability, transformation, and future skills, as well as talent initiatives for underrepresented communities. At the core of my work is the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes and translate strategic goals into human-centered, actionable outcomes.
