Armed with a bachelor’s in Business, a master’s in Entertainment Business, and currently pursuing a doctorate in Sports Management, Benjamin combines wide-spanning academic expertise with a wealth of real-world experience to drive results on and off the field. As Assistant Athletic Director at Idea Public Schools, he supports student-athlete development and oversees athletic programs that prioritize personal growth, the adoption of discipline, and a commitment to teamwork. Beyond his role in education, Benjamin founded Elite365, a multi-sport training and mentorship business dedicated to helping young athletes refine their skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential—in all areas of life. Benjamin is on a fast path to leadership roles as an Athletic Director or General Manager, with an ambition to eventually participate in professional sports or major athletic programs.
