I am a healthcare executive and a nursing leader with over a decade of experience in acute care, perioperative services, and hospital operations. My career spans from the bedside to executive leadership, giving me a strong foundation in critical care nursing and the ability to lead large-scale teams in delivering safe, high-quality care. In my current role as Assistant Director of Nursing at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, I oversee critical service lines including the Surgical ICU, Operating Room, and PACU, while driving system-wide initiatives in quality, workforce optimization, and regulatory compliance with The Joint Commission and the New York State Department of Health (DOH). I previously led hospital-wide nursing operations (1,500+ staff), reducing RN turnover, achieving the AACN Beacon Award for Excellence, and advancing innovative staff engagement programs. Complementing my clinical leadership, I hold an MBA in Health Care Administration from Baruch College, with focused expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, health care finance, and population health management.
