By listening and understanding challenges, I'm able to find business solutions under stressful conditions. I am level-headed and undaunted in the face of adversity, and consistently find a way to move decisions forward among unfavorable circumstances-My leadership style incorporates the 'first among equals" mentality. Additionally, I pride myself in being able to manage up as well as down by knowing the right questions to ask, when to ask them, and crafting results based on knowledge and understanding-I have worked directly with software engineers, lab technicians, C-Suite executives, blue-collar workers, musicians, salesmen, academics, and everything in between. By understanding individual positioning, contributions, and perspectives I'm able to create, plan, and implement successful initiatives, even in high stakes situations. Businesses are based around people, and without understanding people there is little chance of sustained success-Fiscally Responsible: I do truly enjoy getting the most bang for the buck. In each of my last three positions, I was able to discover ways to cut costs without sacrificing quality.
