My name is Benjamin Orkins, and I'm a graduate of the University of North Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor in Education. I'm in the process of pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology while also studying for the HRCI's Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®). I've worked in the restaurant and retail industries for years, and as a result of that have excellent customer service and communication skills. This year while teaching I've improved my ability to multi-task and manage projects. I'm proficient in Microsoft Office and will always be open to any and all new opportunities that come my way- A motivated leader with the work ethic to succeed while simultaneously working at the highest level - Well-versed speaker and great listener that focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of others while helping them grow - Empathetic individual with the ability to handle various behaviors while forming positive and meaningful relationships
