About Benjamin Oudet

STMicroelectronics employee for 6 years, I first worked as production support and equipment industrializa-tion. Ever more sensitive products and frequent crisis enabled me to quickly adapt to manufacturing environment and gave me the opportunity to gain competences in process knowledge. With these skills, I coordinated a first working group on advanced cleaning. The solution implemented at the end of this project has resulted in savings of 4 million euros and the capability to produce advances technologies. I also participated in the deployment of TPM program by training process technicians and coaching them for pro-jects linked with the tools witch I had responsibility. The management of working groups then became my job: the first Six Sigma project that I lead improved the prop-erties of image sensors, saving 15 million euros per year at a cost almost zero. I joined Rhodia Polyamide in January 2007. I manage Lean Six Sigma projects in different organizations: supply chain, manufacturing. Meeting different competences bring me a global view of a company. From the different areas that I worked in, continuous improvement is the one that I want to work in: managing ur-gent deadlines and planning longer terms programs is the challenge that I want to achieve.
