As an experienced team leader and client service advisor, Benjamin Page is a strong asset in organizations through excellent service, management strategies, and customer care being the number one priority. Currently, as the Customer Care Team Lead, Benjamin joined Digital Commerce Bank in 2020 as a call center agent and has managed to grow his skills and abilities to grow drastically within the first year of joining the company. Working collaboratively with the Banking Services Team and Sales Department, Benjamin has been able to gain insight into a variety of different aspects of the banking industry. Implementing efficient procedures, creating positive client relationships, and creating a strong company atmosphere. In addition to the banking industry, Benjamin has strong ties and associations with the pet industry. Starting his career at Petland as a sales associate, he had taken on a variety of areas in the pet industry including but not limited to; inventory management, product and animal knowledge, and department management. Benjamin has always had a strong passion for the pet industry and continues his interest through independent market analysis and investigatory research into the new products introduced. Benjamin is currently working towards his Bachelor of Business Administration at Mount Royal University, with a major in Marketing. In addition, he has also received certification for Google Analytics and is working towards the Advanced certification. Through a strong work ethic, Benjamin has been able to achieve a 3.3 GPA while in both work and post-secondary full-time.
