About Benjamin Pasquesi

The ability to formulate an idea is important, but going beyond and having the determination to develop and build a brand around it is crucial to success. I have always been determined to gain the most I can from any interactions or opportunities. I gained valuable leadership experience and effective face-to-face communication skills as a veteran caddie and bartender by interacting with people from all different walks of life. Through organization of my goals in each job, I have been able to progress to a point of leadership that allows me to add extra value beyond my job description. While working as an honor caddie, I collaborated with management in the training process of new employees and used my prior years of experience to improve our overall team functionality. My extra value as a bartender/bouncer came when I was able to think on my feet and use crisis management to avoid damaging situations for the business. In my own business endeavor of starting my own clothing company I used my design mentality along with trial and error in order to gain knowledge of brand development. I took the skills I gained from working with clients in Miami Business Enterprises and applied them to making my own business successful. I have the ability not only to formulate ideas but the determination to see them all the way through.
