About Benjamin Record

Benjamin Record has over 6 years of experience in Management, Leadership, Project Management, Customer Service, and other various other operational functions. He has a proven track record at creating efficiencies, increasing profitability, implementing improved and new processes and providing strategic direction. Over the prior four years he has served as the Director of Mentor Development at Central Washington University, Human Resources Assistant for Zirkle Fruit Company, and most recently as the Marketing Specialist at Solarity Credit Union in Yakima, WA. During his last year at Solarity he has taken on many roles such as the Marketing Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Marketing Vendor Manager. In 2018, he decided to partner with and help grow AAI Financial Group, which assists business clients with their borrowing needs. Throughout his career he has been able to assist organizations in times of growth and in times of change. Along the way, he has developed teams, been an active leader both in roles of management and as a peer leading project groups, and has been a champion of change. Every organization was left improved and stronger than when he arrived. Benjamin holds an BSBA from Central Washington University with a double specialization in Human Resource Management and Leadership Management. He has been involved in his community as the past President of the Society for Human Resources at Central Washington University and being involved in various volunteer activities with youth organizations. He enjoys hiking, photography, Seahawks sports, cooking, traveling and spending time with his family and his dog.
