Boozhoo! I am Dr. Benny [Iwapew] Rieth, an equity-driven leader, consultant, and speaker committed to building inclusive, human-centered organizations. My work centers on fostering belonging and shaping environments where individuals feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive. Drawing on my Indigenous heritage as an enrolled member of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and descendant of the Menominee Nation, I integrate Indigenous ways of being into organizational strategy, leadership, and culture. This approach emphasizes reciprocity, respect, and relationship-building—principles that create lasting impact across industries. With extensive experience leading diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, I specialize in guiding organizations through cultural transformation. From increasing employee and student engagement to improving organizational climate, my leadership has consistently advanced equity while strengthening community. Beyond organizational leadership, I provide consulting and public speaking on DEIB, belonging, and Indigenous approaches to equity.
