Currently working for a globally based offshore drilling company as a welder, where I deal with a wide variety of welding and fabrication needs. 3G, and 4G unlimited thickness certified, 6G certified. I work in a US Coast Guard and BSEE compliant environment that makes frequent use of Control of Work software for procurement of permits in hazardous areas, in addition to workplace engagement software that promotes safety and process management. Former pipe welding instructor with a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Colorado, and a background in organic agriculture and small agriculture startups that focus on food distribution. Experience with GD & T, machining, mechanical maintenance, material receiving and PMI. Certified to weld a variety of alloys and processes in positions 2G, 3G, 4g, and 6G. My passion is finding creative solutions to solve problems, and providing positive leadership in the workplace, thus enabling my coworkers and company to excel.
