About Benjamin Royer

My schooling consisted of 6 arduous years of studying the human condition. This experience brought immense change and growth for me to cultivate myself into the well-rounded individual I am today. I believe my study of theater helped better associate myself with the world around me—whether that be significant issues with human rights, to climate change, or simply what it means to be human and find connection. I find these skills imperative to understanding people. They also encompass that notion through studying conflict resolution, storytelling that’s believable, examining all types of racial and ethnic backgrounds, and humanistic trends. My studies culminated with professional experience on the American Repertory Theater stage, opposite James Earl Jones, Amanda Plumber, and Dana Delany, and a 3 month study abroad in Russia. Experienced communications, operations, and marketing specialist. I am a motivated human resources professional, in an international non-profit setting, with a drive to serve as a Benefits or Global Mobility Specialist. Additionally, I'm an energetic team member dedicated to working towards the mission of a company or institution. I wish to relieve suffering, help others reach their full potential, and create beauty in this world as an artist. I’m equally creative and analytical. Ideally, I love work that incorporates both skillsets.
