As an Area IT Lead at USLBM, one of the largest building materials distributors in the US, I oversee the IT operations and support for multiple locations across the region. I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Coastal Carolina University, and more than five years of experience in the IT field. I started my career as an IT Specialist at The Coop, a local cooperative, where I provided technical assistance and troubleshooting for various hardware and software issues. I then joined The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, a leading provider of automotive solutions, as an Information Technology Field Engineer, where I traveled to different customer sites and installed, configured, and maintained their IT systems and network devices. I have developed strong skills in networking, project management, and technical support, and I enjoy working with diverse teams and clients. My core competencies include problem-solving, communication, and customer service. My mission is to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient IT solutions that support the business goals and needs of USLBM and its customers.
