About Benjamin Salkovic

I am a full-time uni student studying a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance). I have spent the last 5 years dedicating myself to the retail industry, with occasional work in the education system. This has enabled me to develop myself as an open-minded and dedicated person. While in the retail industry i worked my way up, learning various job-specific tasks to allow myself to be prepared for any situation i am placed in. Working amongst customers and students i have been able to develop my range of emotional intelligence and communication further than most, not only has this prepared me for the fast-paced environment i am often found in but it has also built on my ability to become a critical thinker in tough situations. I have a sporting background for most of my childhood, based around team-related sports i learnt the value of cohesion and everybody moving in the same direction encouraged my team-working ability. I often put myself out there to further personally develop who i can become and influence as a leader hence why i am up for any task i am thrown.
