Customer-centric development of business models, digitization of operating models, and technology-driven transformation projects with a particular focus on the insurance industry are my strong suit. In my day-to-day, I manage large project teams and assume overall project responsibility alongside C-level decision makers. As a person, I strive to be regarded as an inclusive and mindful leader, making teams feel good about themselves and their achievements and proud of the work they do.
