I am currently a graduate with a Bachelors of Science of Business Administration degree from Central Michigan University, majoring in Human Resources Management. Through my work experience, I have gained thorough business experience in a multitude of facets that are beneficial to the Human Resources field. I have been a successful Sales Engineer for my current company, with thorough experience in G-Suite and Office 365 applications. I have also simultaneously been a successful HR Assistant, performing tasks such as onboarding, screening of online applicants, E-Verifying, collecting and handling sensitive documents, and training of new sales engineers. I have also completed an internship at my current company as an HR Generalist, completing tasks similar to the ones described above but with a higher focus on process management and optimization of crews within the company. I have experience in teaching small groups, in management, and in training, as well as classroom experience in negotiations and compensation. I have an interest in training and development, and talent acquisition. I am always eager to learn as much as I can about Human Resources, I am always looking to help out for the good of the employees and the company, and I am excited to be learning within the scope of my career aspirations.
