For over 20 years, I have been leading IT and Operational initiatives and delivering SaaS and cloud solutions for various industries, such as life sciences, corporate tax, logistics, and advertising. I am a certified Project Management Professional and Scrum Master, and I apply agile methodologies and best practices to manage multiple concurrent projects, allocate resources, delegate workflow, and align objectives.Most recently, I served as the Associate Vice President of Global Customer Support and Platform Services at ArisGlobal, where I created unique solutions throughout the lifecycle of product development for customers in the pharmaceutical industry and assisted drug manufacturers in managing their pharmacovigilance. I am passionate about creating value for customers, driving innovation, and empowering teams to achieve excellence.
