About Benjamin Smith

I've been fascinated by the media industry for many years, having been completely immersed in the world of film and animation from childhood. I developed this fascination into my field of study, taking on the 'Film and Television Production' course for three years at the University of Westminster in London and graduating with a BA (hons) in 2013. As a result, I have very confident and refined skills in I.T.(Windows and Mac platforms), and developed my skills in leadership, directing, taking direction, and working in very busy, high-maintenance, fast-paced environments. I've also had two years of work experience in supervising a call centre for a small UK charity called Cerebra, a children's charity. The charity was recognised by 10 Downing Street in 2015 with an event held to celebrate the hard work done to help assist families with children who suffer with brain injuries. Furthermore, I have proficient experience in retail, having spent over a year working for B&M retail as a shop floor sales assistant. This also includes helping build the store from the ground up, assisting the team to fully furnish, shelve, decorate, and clean the premises before the stores grand opening in October 2017.
