With over 10 years of experience in the security industry, I have developed strong skills in contract management, operation management, training, incident investigation, and progressive discipline. I have managed security accounts of the Static Security Guard Division at Fusion Security, where I built and maintained effective relationships with both clients and employees, and coordinated necessary support services to meet or exceed financial and operational goals. I have also trained, coached, and corrected new and existing Screening Officers at G4s Secure Solutions, where I was responsible for overseeing operations at a CATSA security screening checkpoint and resolving conflicts between screening officers and the traveling public.
