I have experience as a business owner of Benjamin Realty in Brookline since 1998, and property management for Leamington Gardens in Boston since 2001. My sales knowledge ranges from insurance, to real estate, to entertainment and telecommunications. I am completing a Certification in Property Management, to reinforce and expand my knowledge base in management and on environmental issues to help develop sustainable properties that are energy efficient. As a property manager for a multifamily building, I have over a dozen years of experience managing several large projects, obtaining bids, reviewing options with trustees, hiring contractors, and making sure all work is completed to specification and on budget. As a real estate professional I have negotiated leases in the Boston area for many clients always looking for fairness and a mutual benefit for both Lessor and Lessee. In addition as a broker I have successfully trained and managed real estate professionals. In real estate sales I always offer a home warranty to my clients for additional peace of mind. Most recently at Comcast I have trained peers in effective sales strategies. I believe in building self-confidence of the individual to achieve excellence and expand opportunities. I also founded and chaired the Customer Experience Review Team, which improved processes at Comcast to benefit customers and employees by simplifying procedures, reducing errors with a savings of over two million dollars. I have lead two Habitat for Humanities teams of volunteers, building affordable housing. Recently I have worked with the VA to lease affordable housing to Veterans in Boston. While obtaining my MBA at University of Phoenix, I lead teams of students in projects such as accounting, business law, marketing, and business planning. I also have public safety training from the Brookline Police Department. Delivery of excellent results, along with my passion for helping others are my strengths and values.
