I am currently the Training and Recruitment Coordinator for Swim Club Management Group of Asheville. Previously I was a Team Manager at a residential treatment center for teenage boys where I was in charge of scheduling, hiring, crisis intervention, supervision, role modeling, and campus operations for 10+ staff and up to 32 students. Prior to my current position I was leading teams of four staff members responsible for the safety and education of seven to twelve students as they pursue therapeutic and educational goals in a wilderness setting. I have experience working under the training and development team at Caesar's Entertainment which included facilitating new hire orientation, new manager training, overhauling the survey platform to SurveyMonkey to increase accuracy and efficiency, critiquing performance evaluation resulting in institution of a 360-degree feedback system, creating a executable plan to understand turnover using incumbent surveys, exit interviews, and focus groups. I have a Master's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology which specializes in a scientific objective approach in understanding and helping organizations run to their fullest capacity. This includes hiring, training, organizational structure, human factors, personnel management, and feedback.
