As a passionate and innovative young chef with over 7 years of experience, I’ve been honing my craft, blending traditional techniques with bold, contemporary flavours. I’ve also had the privilege of staging Michelin restaurants across Toronto (Richmond Station, Scaramouche, Canoe, Sara, and The George) These experiences have not only refined my skills but also deepened my desire to continuously learn and grow in the culinary world. My journey in the kitchen is driven by creativity, a love for experimenting with new ingredients, and a desire to create memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression. In addition to my culinary expertise, I’m also a musician, which has shaped my approach to cooking. Just as in music, I see each dish as a composition—a perfect harmony of flavours, textures, and presentation. This unique perspective allows me to infuse creativity and artistry into every plate I create.
