A laugh-out-loud believer in education striving for excellence and happiness in the workplace. Recognized for his strong communication and interpersonal skills in multiple languages, Benjamin spent most of his career in global corporations (Accenture, SAP…) where he built his own success stories. On all occasions, he quickly evolved from individual contributor to Subject Matter Expert and has now been a people manager for over 4 years. At SAP Ariba, his different roles varied along the spectrum of Education and Communication, and involved elements of training, marketing, videography and change management. All along his career, his dedication and people skills helped building trust both internally and when facing customers. Inspired by principles from mindfulness and conscious leadership, Benjamin lately established a reputation as a strong leader and multiplier. This teacher at heart is curious of all things, including history, art, cooking and nature. When not at work, he is a dreamer, a writer and a story-teller… Benjamin is thriving best in multicultural, dynamic environments. When the constant is change, there is always an opportunity to learn and develop, don’t you think? Benjamin is also a volunteer translator for the Belgian NGO Medics Without Vacation.
