I am a young married professional with a passion for helping others in the world. I enjoy working in the details of numbers and business in a team setting. After two years of studying at Washburn University, I have graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Studies and am now currently pursuing an Accounting Degree through an online program with Fort Hays State University. I do not have a Bachelor’s degree yet; however, I have other relevant work experience and have been progressing towards a degree in accounting. During my time at Washburn University, I completed courses in the calculus series, different statistic courses, and a VBA Excel Programming class. In addition to this, I participated in the Actuarial Department Internship program with the Federated Rural Electric Insurance Exchange, which helped me to develop the computers skills needed to be able to handle most MS Word and MS Excel applications. I am comfortable using all of these programs in a PC/Windows environment.
