About Benjamin Ulber

The past 5 years I am Working as a Integration Engineer in the Semiconductor industry. First at Globalfoundries and currently at NXP. During this time I aquired a solid understanding of Front End Semiconductor Industry. I was Part of Incident Teams (8Ds) as member, leader and facilitator for Problem Solving many times. I am also working as a functional Leader of a group of 7 technicians. Although my manager gave me the feedback that I can discuss in tachnical issues together with the principal engineers on one level, I am aiming for a Career as a Manager. I am a goal focused person that is also future oriented. I am working on many improvements and innovations to make business processes and day to day tasks of engineers as well as knowledge transfer lean, efficient and streamlined. I believe that in a world with more and more complex tasks for less individuals removing technical or organizational barriers will make the differents in having efficient and frustation free work.
