Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to transforming educational environments by expanding access, driving innovation, and aligning academic programs with regional workforce demands. My expertise spans strategic planning, academic operations, institutional effectiveness, accreditation, budget oversight, and student success initiatives. As the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Southeast Technical College, I led the development of eleven new academic programs and secured more than $24 million in funding to expand healthcare and trades education—initiatives that directly responded to industry needs and significantly increased student enrollment. I bring a proven track record in guiding institutions through accreditation processes (HLC, ACBSP, CODA, AVMA, and others), spearheading workforce-aligned curricula, forming articulation agreements with four-year institutions, and launching innovative initiatives such as international study programs and simulation centers. I also have extensive experience in managing multimillion-dollar budgets, fostering industry partnerships, and leading high-performing academic and administrative teams.
