I’m an ESG and sustainability leader with 10+ years of experience developing and implementing international sustainability programs, multilateral agreements, and responsible business conduct frameworks. I specialize in translating high-level policy into on-the-ground programs, capacity-building initiatives, and measurable environmental and social outcomes. At the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, I facilitated U.S. engagement on the UN Minamata Convention, collaborated with the Global Environment Facility (GEF) to shape project priorities, and advanced international frameworks like the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and global supply chain due diligence standards. My work consistently bridges public and private sectors, aligning global ESG policy with real-world impact. I bring deep experience in both strategy and delivery: from designing sustainability frameworks to implementing bilateral work plans, facilitating technical assistance, and developing tools to improve ESG compliance, transparency, and stakeholder alignment. Following a career sabbatical (2023–2025) to support family and stay actively engaged in global sustainability networks, I’m now seeking new opportunities to lead ESG policy and program implementation in mission-driven organizations.
