Benjamin is an active leader and learner in the Digital Marketing industry focused on self and brand improvement, while also having some fun and making genuine connections with those he works with. As a "solopreneur", he's had the privilege to lead marketing and advertising efforts for brands in numerous industries including real-estate, law, interior design, education, health care and even personal brands. His specialty: Helping founders and entrepreneurs humanize their brands to position themselves as leaders in their respective industries through organic and paid media communications. Benjamin comes from a big, competitive, Hispanic family, plays the drums and loves sports. Some of his newest hobbies of the last few years include thrifting, digital illustration, and film photography. After years of independent work, he transitioned to agency work with some of the best in the industry at Arcade Studios - an award-winning, digital media agency dedicated to moving culture with the power of media. As Arcade's Paid Media Lead, he directs the advertising team in strategy and execution for ad campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and Google. His experience at the Bissett School of Business at Mount Royal University (Marketing and Innovation & Entrepreneurship), led him to gain a greater interest in the startup culture through extracurricular spaces like the Innovation Circle and the annual JMH Launchpad Competition.
